Airbnb/Short Stay Apartment Insurance
Contents & Public Liability cover only
If you are after a well-priced product that covers all of the most common Airbnb/ short stay risks, this is the product for you.
This is a fixed benefit listed events product that is flat-priced per state.
The property is an apartment where the building is covered under strata
It is not your primary residence
It has deadlocks to external doors or secure building entrance
It has locks on any accessible windows (from 1st floor up)
If subletting, you must have the Landlord's permission in writing
$30,000 Contents cover included
Pay $20 more premium to upgrade to $60,000 Contents cover
$50,000 Damage by tenants
$100 Excess on any of the above
$50,000 Loss of rent, no excess
$20m Public Liability, no excess
Underwritten by Lloyds of London
Suitable for sub-letting
This is a basic Listed Events policy that does not include Accidental Damage or Theft by Tenant cover.
